Männikkö (Pine Forest) School is situated on a beauty spot called Myllymäki (Mill Hill) about eight kilometers from the center of Lapua. The school building - built in 1920 and completely renovated in 1992 - offers excellent premises for unique, modern, constantly developing learning methods. To the children the beautiful hill surrounded by pines presents all-year opportunities for imaginative recess-games, such as hut-building, sliding and tobogganing. There are 53 pupils and five teachers in our school. Jaana Taipale Grades 1-2, Elina Suutala Grades 3-4 and the principal Ville Rantala Grades 5-6.
